I can't use GH due to 2 bouts of Melanoma. I am limited to HRT and some ancilliary. I must cool these 71 year old arthritic joints with herbs and suppliments. Same with sleep and recovery. I have solved libido issues and at the peak of my virility. If I told you what I can accomplish in 24 hours you would say BS. Lets just say I do no cardio to stay under 10% BF. You can PM with questions.
I believe that I can spot my 60+ and 70+ brothers who use GH. Combine GH and Botox and the look is amazing.

My arthritis is mainly in my knees and shoulders. The surgeon who did my pec reattachment could not believe I could still lift with the extent of my shoulder arthritis. My osteo surgeon said my 3 Meniscus surgeries left me with no cushion in my knees and my arthritis was rampid sugesting knee replacements. NOT. I vertical leg pressed full range of motion over 600 pounds yesterday. I will shoot for 80 pound dumbell militarys today.
I suppliment with fish oils, cal/mag/D3 and BioCell hyaluronic acid. The best formula I can find is at Vitamin Shoppe under ((BioCell Collagen)) with Hyaluronic acid. The HA has a side effect=smooth skin. Even cracked crusty elbows and geezer feet become girlie smooth.

you gotta hand it to him. His endurance is what impresses me the most,he keeps going when I was sure he was finished his set. I wonder if he's on HRT?

It did say 77 when I posted it, but the YouTube channel video caption was changed. There is no way I can go back & revise my post here so it looks like I posted it wrong. Curt James caught it right away (like he always does).

My old friend Carl Smith competed in the over 60 class at the Kentucky Muscle yesterday. It was great to see him in great shape after all these years! You might remember him Baldie, he competed in the Mr. America back in the 70's. I believe he placed 5'th the year Casey Viator won. He also won the AAU Master's Mr. America in 1988.
Pic's from the show are not up here on RX yet probably will be in a few days.

Yeah, I saw Carl at the show and spoke to him a bit. Saw you, too, Joel, but you were part of a group conversation and I didn't want to interrupt.
Being a top national bodybuilder and a resident of Louisville, Carl was one of my inspirations when I started lifting at age 14. Such nice, friendly guy too!
