2011 Iowa Pro and NPC Battle of Champions !

Im going to be doing the show as well, second one this year, ready to get it over with so i can EAT

I got a client doing the show, prob as a middleweight but maybe as a smaller lightheavy. He is around 188lbs now, but I think he will drop to middles. Its his first show, so posing practice has been a priority. His dieting has been very good for his first show. I think he will look pretty damn good for his first show.

here is 3 of his better shots, or poses he has gotten down...Im very proud on how far he has come...

lol.....i dont know man, we'll see...maybe ill send you some pics....i dont wanna screw up the 19th show.....its brooks' show and i wanna win it...i know who my competitors are and i can beat them all....dont wanna screw up a chance for my first overall...but we'll see

I am thinking about this show next year, have family in Iowa and if I do the Texas State next year this would be just a few weeks after

WTF is up with that? San Francisco (I know, a city not a state) and Iowa have that in common.... hmmmm.

Be careful, the moment you set foot in the state, you gain 15 pounds! Its like going to college, aka the Freshman 15.

Iowa, great place to spend my first 30 some years, wouldn't go back there for much unless I had good seats at Kinnick for a game !

There are some dudes lifting in small gyms up there though, and they will love being able to see a show.

no its prob, a burn...he pours steel for a living...so he is around melted steel all day long...rough job...he says he is sweating from the time he gets there to the time he leaves...more power to him ...

Yes that's correct. Our amateur numbers / entrys have been awesome..........and of late out Pro numbers have picked up with many waiting jumping in at the last minute. Out bikini Pros will range in the 13-15 number with out Pro men in the 10 range. The pros always wait to the last minute............
