med grip dead bench in pins off chest at dead stop 225 x5 245 x 2 265 x2 last rep tough a long second or 2) did pause in a power rack right at my chest like a dead bench pausing on the pins using a med grip and I am much more comfortable w/wide grip the bench also was very narrow so did not have good back drive but felt good w/the 265. then did some pressdowns ss wdb curls then tri ext machine ss w/light barbell cuirls and then db ext 2 arms at 1 time ss /hammer curls nothing too heavy alot of reps and ss was tired after.
