    Hi everyone, My name is Austin and I am going to be running a log on Needtobuildmuscle's N2KTS.

    I am currently 4 weeks out from my second show of this fall. I have been dieting for 24+ weeks already so my body is drained to say the least. I am very excited to incorporate N2KTS into my pre workout routine to keep my intensity as high as possible in these final stages.

    Stats:

    Age: 21
    Height: 5'8"-5'9"
    Current Weight (Contest Weight): about 165
    Years Training: 3

    Contest History:
    2009 NGA Steel Valley Classic 3rd place Teen
    2010 NPC Natural Michigan 2nd place Teen
    2011 NPC Natural Pennsylvania 1st place Mens Novice Lightweight
    Mens Novice Overall Champion
    1st place Mens Open Welterweight
    Mens Open Overal Champion

    Dose number one will be before mondays workout. Sour Apple N2KTS FTW!!

    Side Note: I like the fact that this product doesnt have a bunch (or any for that matter) useless malto or other simple carbs in it. That on top of the great ingredient profile makes it a great choice for anyone serious about their nutrition

    I have used several others. I have used Scivation's Quake, VasoCharge and Novem. All of which I enjoyed. I have also used Jack3d and Lit Up. N2KTS is similar to Jack3d but from all the feedback I have seen it is stronger. Having a high stim tolerance, this should be right up my alley

    In for this! If you enjoyed those other preworkouts I'd imagine you'll also enjoy n2kts...particularly since you say you have a high tolerance for stims- and n2kts is rather strong in the stim department. Give it hell, austin!

    Day 1: Back, Bis, Calves

    Today was my first day using N2KTS. First off the apple flavor was great! I mixed 2 scoops in about 14oz water. Next time I may use a bit less because I like a stronger flavored drink.

    Once I started my workout it began to kick in pretty fast. I will admit I am kind of surprised as to how pronounced the effects were. Since I have been prepping for so long not much gives me a boost anymore. However, I without a doubt felt the effects of N2KTS. It helped get me through some tough deadlifts and continued to carry me well for the rest of my workout. After a rough morning I was certainly ready to kill that shit by the time my workout came around. N2KTS delivered!

    the apple flavor is my favorite, it's a nice switch from other brands flavors.....glad its helping you hit it hard even if your natural energy levels are low

    N2KTS delivered a great leg workout today. I actually tried a few poundages that I hadn't touch since earlier in prep and got them! I tried slightly less water when mixing it today and the flavor was even better. Tomorrow is scheduled to be an off day so I will be back Thursday with more!

    i took that stuff once and couldnt believe how freaking amped i was. i hate stims and that shit was over the top lol. after my crackhead like w/o and pacing around my house for an hour i spent a couple hours in bed in the fetal position wishing it would go away lol. i dont know how you guys drink this crazy shit.

    Haha! That is the best thing I have heard all day lol Having been prepping for so long my energy is complete shit right now so I would imagine if I was offseason it would hit me harder. I will let you know how it works when I am on about 5000 cals

    Today was shoulders, tris and calves. My work schedule was a little off today so my workout was in the late afternoon instead of midday like usual. It was a nice change of pace. So far N2KTS has felt great everytime. I am still holding onto and even gaining a little stregnth on some lifts which is no easy feat at this stage in prep esp since my calories have been cut twice this week. I really cant wait to see what this stuff can do offseason with a surplus of calories!

    awesome to hear, your really putting n2kts to the test....when energy levels are low, and a pre workout is still giving you a kick in the arse, thats a good sign in my eyes anyway

    I would have to agree with you. I took some Lit Up by App Nut the other day and felt absolutly nothing at all then used N2KTS the following day and got a a boost from it.

    Today was shoulders and tris. I had a really good workout today all things considered. The N2KTS kicked in at the perfect time to grind out some important reps. I have found that I need to take it a bit sooner than I orginally was for it to kick in at a good time. About 45 min pre workout seems to be a sweet spot so far. Though my energy is down (with good reason) my focus during workouts has improved with this product. I think the 1,3 works well with me. On a side note, I had the manager of the gym try two scoops before legs the other day and he had an insane leg workout followed by an explosive vommiting episode in the parking lot lol EPIC!
