No. It isn't going to be anything like that, at all, to be honest. This DVD is more about how I diet, how I use the skiploading, etc, for myself. I go into detail about Skiploading but I don't refer much to contest prep, at all, other than using the Skiploading for dieting.

Hi Skip,
Looking forward to your DVD release! I'm hoping you can give me some guidance here on refeeds
At 175lbs 10%BF Im following a carb cycling diet at 60,100,60,100,60,100 with fasted cardio all days
I was planning on having a low fat high GI refeed every 7th day starting at 4-6 hours, would you recommend starting the day with the refeed or ending the day with the refeed?
