clearly, since you are "skinnyrunt" you havent done enough or correctly.

Just switch deads with rack pulls every couple of weeks. This will also help you get stronger on the deadlift. You have to do the triple threat deads, bench, squat every week. IMO

You mean the same deadlifts that work out almost every muscle in the body? lol Deads are great for back development like everyone said and the multiple muscle fibers contractions helps stimulate the release of growth hormones.
I cant remember who it was, but there was a video of a bb'er a few years back doing deads with his shirt off and every time he stood up you seen the sickest christmas tree
