He takes questions from the audience and discusses a number of topics in an informative and entertaining manner. The logo in the background reminds me of the new Watchmen movie, too. You'll see when you watch.

Sorry for the late reply - i am 99.99% sure that Daves dvd is an ALL region dvd. My dvd player plays region 2 and ALL region it played it just fine - most new dvd players play ALL region bro.

Its an amazing piece this dvd - my only gripe is that i wanted it to be longer LOL

Thanks Pan. My DVD player is less than a year old so hopefully it plays all regions. I'll have to hunt out the manufacturers instructions!

just watched the dvd and have to say its pretty good. it covered most of what people may already know of palumbo's diet but offered a great overall review. the dvd is only 60 min though was still quite informative.

funny- i found myself audibly rehearsing some things palumbo said in the dvd to some clients today. lol! i'll reference him elsewhere though.
