i thank you so much for your care and concern... but it's hard to pinpoint exaclty WHO it is on this website cuz they have different names and fake pix on muscleweek.com and that is where they are saying all these horrrrrrible things abt me, but they are posting my rxmuscle journal entries etc, so they are obviously on this site too... if you google my name sheri koepsel, you can easily find these ridiculous postings about me...and i have voiced my complaints to a moderator of muscle week- jason stern-- because i am a PROFESSIONAL TRAINER, who has potential clients googling me all the time-! i can't have them directed to this horrifying shit talking abt me that isn't even TRUE! jason stern ASSURED me he would remove all traces of my last name and there would be no way the google search would lead to their page. BUT IT DOES. i just saw it all when i posted my last angry journal entry... THEN, after the journal entry, i got 2 messages telling me they hope my unborn child is blind, retarded, has down syndrome, and all sorts of amazingly terrible things... i ALMOST could tolerate all the other bullshit, but THIS is UNACCEPTABLE! and i think ANYONE would agree!!!
i messaged gail about deleting my journal cuz i just don't wnna deal with this crap anymore...

Do you have ANY IDEA how many muscle week threads are about me from over the course of the last 5 years? I could careless what people think, say or email me. I am totally happy in my own skin and in my own life. I don't waste my energy on the negative opinions of others or the people who don't wish me well. Once you let them know they get to you they keep doing it. If you ignore it, it goes away. Instead of getting upset, pray for them. They are unhappy, jealous, bored individuals who don't like themselves and therefore bash others to make themselves feel better about their own life. Keep living the dream and enjoying every moment of the journey to being a mom.

i am sorry you have had to deal w/ this crap too, lady! nobody should have to read horrid things abt themselves! you are right abt everything you said and i am over it. i just get all fired up at first, but realistically, I KNOW these sad individuals aren't worth my energy my life is happy and i hope yours is as well

heard some great news last night! some chicks from sioux falls somehow got the "bullying" threads STOPPED on the monkey-site! weeee!!! good to hear!!! looks like all the cavemen on there will have to find somewhere else to unleash their hate! can i suggest sky diving w/ no parachutes? playing in traffic?? playing with fire, perhaps??haha
also, thought i'd debunk a few stupid things i was told they said about me on there. 1) i am NOT 40 2) i do NOT live w/ my parents 3)i am NOT a "closet eater" 4) i certainly don't shave my face or have any other weird STEROID SIDE EFFECTS! if i was so hardcore into roids, how am i pregnant with a healthy baby now? hmmm.... think about it, idiots!
not sure why i care to even answer these ridiculous things, but it bothers me a little that these things are possibly BELIEVED by people who accidentally come across this stupid shit... i do have family/friends/clients who care about me and may be upset to read such CRAP like this...

OH! one last thing! shout out to my ex who clearly IS one of the fools shit talking me on there,as he called out the initials OF HIS OWN STEROID DEALER GUY as some sort of PROOF that i bought roids from him! bahahaha wow- how's that GYNO surgery you had to have healing up???? might not wanna call others out when you partake in a LOT of naughty things yourself, FOOL! no, i haven't read it, but i can tell you first hand that, during the first trimester, i was STARVING! your body is MAKING ANOTHER HUMAN!! you require MORE ENERGY FOR SURE!!! and i TRIED staying clean and eating only healthy food and it was like my body burned right thru that within MINUTES! i'd get ridiculously starving all the sudden and if i didn't eat something with substance/fat, i'd get a slight nausceous feeling and get weak. everyone's pregnancy is different,but that's what mine was like! it's much better now and i don't need to eat quite as much, and i AM able to eat cleaner and be ok, but in the beginning--NO WAY!
