so, i have totally been slacking this last wk, but my appetite hasn't been as crazy and i am keeping the diet from going TOO out of control, so i am not gaining weight i need to get back at the intense training this week...before next week's thanksgiving pig out fiascos! LOL

so, after being told to google image someone, i decided to do it myself and found all sorts of stupidity--including the shit- talking baboon page also called "muscle week"...bahahahaha at one time, all that shit would have really gotten under my skin, but NOT NOW! it's just really astounding to me HOW CLOSELY these assclown douchebags w/ no lives were following my training journal! LOL i had no clue of the magnitude of their LONELY, APPALLING, childish comments and obsessions! TRUE-i was not made to compete BUT I TRIED IT AND I DID THE BEST I COULD. for those asslickers who commented that i was trying to take an easy way out and NOT DOING THE WORK are SORELY mistaken. i have always maintained that i was not a good dieter. and YES, people swayed me into getting all supplemented up and such but accusations of me taking test and other assorted ILLEGAL DRUGS are just SLANDEROUS . i can GUARANTEE YOU that MOST of those window-licking retards were sitting infront of their laptops w/ roid rage, shooting up their generic steroids inbetween making STUPID comments and statements about me! they followed my fb pages like crazy and posted my videos religiously. I AM SORRY TO HEAR you cocky-for-no-reason fucks have no lives and feel the need to keep a close watch on me and my former quest to compete! i have been working out and training for A LONG TIME and you fools made it sound like i just jumped into the game w/ no experience. THINK AGAIN. and I DID get lean . and i DID lift heavy . and i DID diet some. SO, i posted a lot on fb and rx, trying to build myself up. i was told that if you don't BELIEVE you can win and be the best, don't even try. SO, I BELIEVEED IN MYSELF. if that's wrong and worthy of being made fun of and talked shit abt, SO BE IT.
i have moved on FAR BEYOND the UNHEALTHY contest dieting and extreme exercise. i have a man and a life and a family and a baby coming. WHAT DO YOU HAVE? hair on your back, but not on your head...and your dicks in your hands while you play on the computer and down talk people who are going for their goals. BRAVO! you guys are really upstanding , contributing citizens to society. hahahahahahahahahaha NOT SO MUCH.

i am working on deleting this journal and everything of ME on this site because abusive MORONS with NOTHING BETTER TO DO are now sending me incredibly ridiculous hate mail on my facebook page! i do not have ANY IDEA why these complete NOBODIES think i care abt their horrible, evil words, but i BEG YOU...just go away and find someone else to hate! JESUS CHRIST. i have MOVED on in my life from this FUCKED UP WORLD and i need all you parasites to LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE! karma is a bitch and every soul-less dickfuck who is wishing ill- will on my unborn child will probably end up w/ mutant retard children themselves. i thank you so much for your care and concern... but it's hard to pinpoint exaclty WHO it is on this website cuz they have different names and fake pix on muscleweek.com and that is where they are saying all these horrrrrrible things abt me, but they are posting my rxmuscle journal entries etc, so they are obviously on this site too... if you google my name sheri koepsel, you can easily find these ridiculous postings about me...and i have voiced my complaints to a moderator of muscle week- jason stern-- because i am a PROFESSIONAL TRAINER, who has potential clients googling me all the time-! i can't have them directed to this horrifying shit talking abt me that isn't even TRUE! jason stern ASSURED me he would remove all traces of my last name and there would be no way the google search would lead to their page. BUT IT DOES. i just saw it all when i posted my last angry journal entry... THEN, after the journal entry, i got 2 messages telling me they hope my unborn child is blind, retarded, has down syndrome, and all sorts of amazingly terrible things... i ALMOST could tolerate all the other bullshit, but THIS is UNACCEPTABLE! and i think ANYONE would agree!!!
i messaged gail about deleting my journal cuz i just don't wnna deal with this crap anymore...
