hiya, folks!!! hope everyone is having as great of workouts lately as i am!!! i worked out w/ my buddy , sam wilson, today....we did chest and shoulders! i was glad to have a partner ro push me thru chest since i haaaaaate it...LOL and he showed me some new, fun stuff...then we did some awesome, killer shoulder stuff that i don't usually do..then, a lil abs!!! it was kick ass!!! LOVED IT!!!!! sometimes, it really does hlp to have a workout partner!! i was loving being a lone wolf for a long time, but now, my workouts w/ sam really have been crazy!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!
i later did some treadmill and stepmill for cardio whooop!!!

just hit some cardio and bis/tris today! thx to my amazing hemo rage, my arms were PUMPED to kingdom come!!!! wahooooooooo!

HI and thx for checking in!!! all is well w/ me as far as workouts are concerned i had to take a 2nd FORCED day off this wk due to a huge, stupid snowstorm we had on tuesday....but otherwise, i have been KILLING IT i tried to pull off an unusual back/chest day today but my stupid IPOD DIED the second i was starting the chest portion on my workout---BOOOOOOOOOO!!! chest is hard enough for me w/o having to dal w/ NO MUSIC. ugh!!!
tomorrow, i am gonna attempt a 2nd leg day of the week maybe a light weight, plyo concentrated workout....we'll see how i feel tomorrow
hope everyone's else's workouts are BANANAS xo

hi, everyone !!! I know it's been a thousand months since I have made an entry in my training journal! A LOT has been going on with me!!! 1st of all, I am in a great relationship and living w/ my awesome boyfriend I got some new boobies annnnnnd, drum roll, please! I am PREGNANT!! if anyone has any tips on keeping in shape while pregnant, please feel free to share them!
due to the recent boob surgery, I couldn't work out for awhile, but i'd just gotten back on roxylean and started going INSANE with my workouts again...THEN I found out I was knocked up and had to slow my roll again!
I hope everyone out there in rxmuscle land is killin workouts and living healthy! good luck to everyone competing at the Olympia this wknd!!!!

greetings and happy Saturday, bitches!
I have recently started hitting up the SNAP fitness by my house in bay view for wknd workouts...it's DEAD in there usually, so I feel like I have the gym to myself today, I did legs cuz I put it off all wk...(lazy, pregnant, crabby...LOL) and it was an awesome workout--mainly cuz I did a bunch of DIFFERNT things than I usually do. I did single leg squats and speed skaters w/ the trx suspension things, smith machine squats, box squats...then the usual leg curl and seated extension... and I tried out some crazy ab contraption that I really liked it also helped that I had some new tunes on my ipod!!! and I drank coffee this morning to wake me up!! I am only 9-10 wks preg at this point (and feel terribly fat already), but I am getting all turbo'd up to get my ass in the best shape ever as soon as I squirt this lil turd out
anyone else knocked up and wanna share stories on how to stay fit and motivated during this ordeal???

WOW~! Congrats on all that is new in your life! I am currently reading the Dr. Oz book on pregnancy and nutrition. You should read it! Also, have you read "What To Expect when your Expecting?"

my sister in law gave me "what to expect when you're expecting" but i haven't read much of it... i will def look into the dr oz one! i was hoping to find something that focuses more on hardcore workout-ers who get preggo! everything i read seems to be geared for people who don't really work out...like, they recommend light yoga or some such nonsense. LOL ALTHOUGH, i must say, i have been SUPER lazy-feeling and tired ...so, maybe yoga IS the best for me to do during pregnancy... PLUS, i am old and have abused my body enough-- maybe this break from heavy lifting and such is GOOD for me... it just makes me nervous. Like, i'll have a year's worth of HARD WORK after iget this baby out to even get a semi decent body back...

so, last time i did a video, i mentioned i'd be posting a second vid w/ my bodybuilder friend mike later that wk, but he ended up having the flu and we haven't gotten to work out since then! WELL, tonight, we shall be fryin our backs and making a vid! i will probably mostly show HIM in it cuz i can't do anything too amazing and he's a beast, so...stay tuned!!!

lower weight stuff this time--- but i have done JUST all bodyweight stuff w/ legs the past 2-3 wks, so even this light of weight will most likely make me sore...LOL
i have been struggling lately with this pregnancy thing and just losing control of my body-- completely. none of my clothes fit and NOTHING looks good on me. i kinda wanna stay in bed till birth time...ugh :/
