How many of you drink green tea?
I do before my cardio session and throughout the day. I like the flavored green teas the best.

Yep first thing in the morning. I like some of the flavored ones.

I like the white teas also. I gave up drinking coffee and caffine except for my occasional tea

Me too. Perfect amount of caffeine in the morning to get me going. Makes me feel good too.

I like my tea STRONG and unflavored...hard to come by in west Texas unless I make it myself. I had to travel to Japan last year on my diet, and I was in HEAVEN with all the strong green tea I had right there at my disposal!

Extract!!!!
I love green tea but I dont like having liquid in my guts when i work out. I take a dropperfull of extract and a shot of water to get it down. during the day I drink it normally.

I love green tea! I love tea in general. I'm always down to try a new flavor! Sometimes I'll have a cup at night with stevia to help cut cravings before bedtime, which works rather effectively.

Love the Lipton Mandarin Orange green tea..the berry is good too!

I use the capsule supp.
Unless there's a bench press contest I joined and didn't know about it doesn't matter how much I bench.

I use supp green tea and drink it. I have heard though that ot all green tea is the same. Some is good, healthy,full of atioxiants and can help fat burining ,. anti aging etc and some is just comercial crap thats not much better than drinkinng hot water...... any one else heard this?
