this is what i used to do, pj hooked me up with some species isolyze and it had me hooked to mix the isolate with a protein blend, very effective to keep carbs and fats low while boosting protein content

Yeah I like to throw in a scoop of isolation with a fattier protein powder, like muscle milk- keeps protein content high yet tasts really good. Although most times I just do two scoops of chocolate isolation in 12 oz raw skim milk and it's just killer like that.

Chocolate is by far my favorite. However the vanilla and strawberry are both really good as well. Actually I was really surprised with the strawberry, as I usually don't like strawberry protein powder, but it is pretty mild and I have gone through many jugs when chocolate or vanilla are out of stock.

I've never tried Isolation, but its a nice price on a good whey protein isolate. Its hard finding a decent WPI without breaking the bank

^^^I agree with this. Whey isolate is so expensive. I'll have to give this a shot sometime soon as I've been dieting for a bit and have now switched over to the isolates to cut back on cals
