Wm-hdp
Just took a huge 60 gram serving in probably a quart of water so it liquefied and not puddingfied (lol). I am about 7 minutes later I don't have the crazy bloat like you would normally after that much water, I don't feel sick, AND I'll be able to finish the next bit of my meal without any issues at all.
This stuff rocks.

This is a great carb for a lean bulk or recomp. I was using it for awhile. I went through atleast 5 bags. I just switched over to n2carb now that I'm going for more of an all out bulk

this stuff is amazing, i've been on it for awhile now on workout days....i feel thicker overall but my waste size hasn't changed and may actually be decreasing just a bit.....also get no bloat whatsoever when using it

i just use it as my postworkout carb, workout days only.....the timeing of my work and training makes things odd.....but i do 1 scoop of protein with 2/3 a serving of the wm-hdp and shortly there after eat a meal
the shake with the carbs hasn't affected my appetite at all and i don't get bloated which i really like, since i'm still able to get in the same amount of whole foods with the extra 200 calories from the wm-hdpLast edited by Young Gotti; 04-06-2012 at 09:13 AM.

I was using it as a post workout carb only as well.....2 scoops of why post workout and a full serving of wdm-hp....had to switch to the blender my shaker bottle didn't have enough water....def was over saturated
