i'm 30yrs old and this will be the first time using any sort of ph. can i start of taking 3pills a day?

i'm 5'10 and weight 195lbs.

75mg (3 caps) is the sweet spot for most guys on Halo.

I'm looking to buy some halo and am stuck on what PCT to get. Would you recommend e-control RX and Ultra male RX or would the ultra male be enough?

its not very suppresive...but the stack is sufficient for a halo-extreme pct..i have run the halo a few times but i dont pct because i'm on trt...so its impossible for me to tell on myself....

to the OP..i have gone as high as 5 caps ed...now alot of this depends on the person..but i do start now at 3 if it's halo only..a halo/cyano combo of 2 each is nice..dry..no sides and has lil more kick..

not really.just save the ultra male for the last 4 weeks.

Yes you still must run clomid or nolvadex. Halo is not as suppressive as superdrol but will still shut you down. Pretty much everyone I've seen comes off of halodrol with test levels under 100. An otc product will help a tad, but you won't fully recover in a month. A SERM will get the hpta back to normal the fastest. This will be the best way to ensure that you don't lose your gains.

Start with 2. You should be fine. Then if you don't experience sides, bump it up to 3 and run for 6 weeks max.

I agree with Needtogetcrowns Clomid is necessary 4 PCT I will be starting mine Monday at 50mgs.twice a day for 4 weeks after last shot of HCG!

And check your blood pressure daily cause mine sky rocketed while on Metha Drol Extreme and Haladrol Extreme.Now my BP thank God is back 2 normal with the use of CoQ10 and Trace Minerals and plenty of water had 2 cut my salt intake a bit also.
