need help to gain weight
hello everyone.. i was going to the gym 5 x a week and i had gained muscle that i loved. and i looked good. but a few months ago i had alot of things going on in my life that need my other attention. so i stopped going to the gym and i lost weight. now i am trying to start back but am having a hard time gaining weight. and muscle back. i know im not taking in the amount of calories i need and i could really use some advice on how to get back to where i was months ago. i am 5'5 and 120 about would really like to put on about 15 pounds of muscle. any advice would be great.

How much wrre tou eating before?
How much were you earing when you lost the weight?
If you were eating at maintenace cals you aren't going to lose a to ofi muscle in a couple months.

Thats the thing I havent,maintained the same calorie intake. Im taking in about 1200 top 1500 a day. And I went from working a job where I didnt do much to a job where im non stop moving. So im notsure how many calories I need to take in.before I was workingout witj my brother and now we live an hr apart so im on my,on and its been a yr since ive been in the gym until this week.
