Chest bis calves-monday
Flat Db Press-100's for 12, 120s for 10, 145s for 8, 145s for 8
Incline BB-225-8,315 for 6, 275 for 8
Flat Barbell-225 for 10, 315 for 7, 315 for 7
Cable Crossovers-3 sets of 12 w like 100 lbs
Preach curl Machine- 3 sets of 12-15
Preacher curl w curl bar- 3 sets of 10-12
Incline seated db curls- 3 sets of 12
Standing Calf Raises-4 sets of 15
Calf Press-4 sets of 12-15
Quads-yesterday
Vertical Leg Press- 5 sets of 15 working up to 6.5 plates each side
Squats on heavy smith- 5 sets went no higher than 405 energy was good but strength still down some
Leg Press-6 plates each side 15,8 plates each side 15, 10 plates each side 15, 10 plates each side 10
Single Leg Extension-4 sets of 15
