Provos Prep for 2012 NPC Mets
started my diet about 6 days ago (19 weeks out) the show is 3/31/2012.
Started my diet around 209 lbs currently around 207. My goal is to try to sneak into that middleweight class were gonna try like hell to make it in there. I have Jason Theobald(scooby) doing my prep. I will post some pics at like 16-17 weeks out. this is the leanest ive ever started and the furthest out ive ever started a diet. I will post some pics when im like 16-17 weeks out.
Cardio right now is 30 min 5 times weekly fasted
Current Macros: 3,251 Calories 126.1 grams of Fat 193 grams of carbs and 335.2 grams of Protein
Scooby and I built this together heres what it looks like.
1) 2 whole eggs 6 egg whites 2 oz of avocado 3.5 slices of ezekiel bread and 1 cup of strawberries
2) 5.6 oz of chicken breast 4 oz of avocado
3)60 g of whey protein 21 g of Mac Nut Oil 6g BCAA 6 g glutamine
4) (preworkout) 5.2 oz of chicken breast 33 g of carbs from brown rice and 1.2 oz of almond butter
5) (postworkout) 50 g of whey protein 3 1200 mg fish oils caps and 55 g of carbs from white rice 6g BCAA 6 G Glutamine
6)8.6 oz of cod 1 cup of veggies 14 g of olive oil or 8.6 oz of top round beef 1 cup of veggies and 12 g of olive oil

awesome, you doing a refeed or higher cal day to replenish carbs?

were going to keep in the high glycemic carb 3 hour postworkout refeed on leg day weve been doing. were currently at like 560 carbs but jason says if we hit our drops he wants to increase it. Leaving the free meal in also for the first 2 weeks if i hit my drops then were gonna pull that.
