oh & they started that class in Jan so I've been teaching that class since then but I do it every year when they have the program. Once a week 30 min class. I can do whatever I want with them. Last night it was just all men, halfway thru I was like you know I'm really enjoying bossing around a room full of men. I said it's probably the only time in my life I will get to boss around a roomful of men & get away with it!

a coworker of mind asked me this afternoon when my dieting would be over cause he missed looking at my ghetto ass! LOL! They like it better fuller, although I like it tight & lifted like it is now.. go figure?

Thats the best - as a trainer its hard to find that one client who you wish had the drive you yourself do - and then yo ufind them!!! .. loving every minute of the workout! that is the best feeling!! and then the results atart to show and they become even more addicted... lol..
