No actually I did not do the one we discussed. I was so exhausted at the point when I was talking to you & there is no way I could have made it through that shoot! So glad we got to meet though!

Ahhhh Sunday aka Chest Day!!
I'm ready to get to the gym, although it doesn't open till 1! So I got a couple hours to rest up & get motivated. Feeling pretty good today. Got the rest of my photos from my shoot w/ James Cook

Well it's Monday, lunchtime aka meal #3.
Saw my trainer Sat & that went well. He looked me over we worked on posing,you know the drill.
Go again this Sat of course.
A little change in my workout routine this week, I will be splitting legs now.
I'm sitting here at my desk now trying to plan out my workouts for the week...
I'm think I'm gonna do legs part 1 today. And then legs part 2 on Thursday. Back Tommorow, I did Chest yesterday. Class Wed. Friday Shoulders, Bis & Tris on Sat....
I'm still debating on everything...
decisions decisions....
And by the way thanks to everyone for all the sweet compliments, they really do mean alot & help keep me going.

How is your leg training split going to work? Quads one day, hams the next? Or are you going to train both twice a week?
