Hey Cook,..

You ever train at the Metroflex in Ft Worth? I am at a chain of family style gyms here in Lubbock...and one is pretty cool for guys, but my wife works in Ft Worth some....


I emailed the dude at Met and he said it is just ten bucks if I stop by to train for a day there. Think it would be worth it? And remember....I live in Lubbock, with no hardcore at all.....

Just wondering....

Never trained there but I did drive by to see it once when I was in the neighborhood.It`s on the southside in an industrial area.Looks like a cool gym.

My wife works and stays downtown FTW once in a while, and we all

go down there once or twice a year... It's gonna be my "Honey, watch

the kids (Sat AM) I am gonna go take a ONE HOUR VACATION at the gym !"

Yes, its true! the new Rocky movie is being filmed in south africa!(where its now 35 degrees C outside)

this guy was alternating between rounds of boxing and some really nasty looking clean & jerks with a 70lb barbell...

haha.... took these yesterday, sorry they not so clear, but my hands were shaking from rows... but u get the idea...

yes, hoodiebo is out there, even in the 3rd world....haha

this is a classic example of hoodiebo...white socks above the ankles...gray shorts that are too short...and the hoodie..nice work..

I was trying to get a pic of this guy today at the gym that was wearing jeans and a wife beater and skinny as fuck. He was hanging up side down from the pull up bar every one was like WTF !! Then he would jump down a do some kicks and weird stretches. It was crazy.
