Joe Weider's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding has got to be up there in terms of info from top pros of the 70's and 80's

arnolds encyclopedia of bb is like the squat or deadlift it's the building block to your library.

Arnold's encyclopedia is good, but he goes on for several pages about how bad being in ketosis is.

Ronnie's book, Hardcore, isn't really anything special but it's kind of cool just because it's him.
