Im a tricep and shoulder dominant presser, I did some research and dorian is saying decline is better for chest because less involvement of the shoulders...
Anyone agree with this or have experience?
I read also dumbells are where its at so lots of different info and opinions out there but if anyone could help that would be great
preferably someone who had a lacking chest and fixed it...

one arm incline db presses.
have ur arm at a slight 45 degree angle.
using short range of motion squeeze the pec up and to the center. keeping constant tension through out. you really dont extend the elbow or lockout triceps at all. think more in realms of shaping movement to get a better feel at first.
not much weight required..try 30-35 lbs first or even less. than move up.
all chest baby!!!!!

What are you doing now? Whatever it is do something different. As most bodybuilders complain about lacking bodyparts and continue to hit them the same way. Everyone feels lifts differently and until you can hammer that muscle and really feel it any exercise is useless.

Have you tried to emphasize the stretch on the lowest part of the eccentric portion? Do that and slow your reps up and really feel that stretch you're probably focusing too much on the concentric. This can be done with dumbbells as well. You may have to lower the weight a bit.
