Winner will recieve 1x,

Mostly I do it for my kids.. I don't want them to have the fat, beer gut can't run and play with them dads you see everywhere and make sure I do what I can to hang around as long as possible to watch their lives unfold..
And a little bit if me does it to say FU to everyone that said I was fat a few years back..

Number 1 because IronMagLabs is number one!
And, honestly, I need some motivation to get back in the gym. Fell out of the routine and need my mojo back. Seeing improvement and achieving goals has always been my motivators, but I'm sorely lacking right now.

214, because in any given place I walk into, I look better then 90% of the people in that room and that's an addicting feeling. Also. I refuse to show a lack of care like almost 3/4 of the country.

The drive that keeps me going is the progress and gains I make. Love the changes I see in my physique.

The reason I started lifting weights was 2 start my transformation of being obese to where I am now 106 pounds lost and 13 inches off the waist.I got a ways 2 go but I'll get there eventually with a wicked set of abs!I'm only in the gym 3 times a week 4 an hour at a time.

69....69 yay I got my favorite number.
I also spend just 1 hour 5 days a week because my kids are young and I want to be there for them. I have a 25 year old that I used to take to the gym and leave for 2/2.5 hours....stupid, time I never got back with her.Gone but not forgotten, I remember you too Dookie!
