Hi Everyone!
Just sending in a shout out to you all...hooray...it's Sunday!! I'm wondering how you are all planning on starting your week in the gym? What is your favorite workout to get the week started on the right foot?
xo Natalie Lynn

I would like this thread 17% more if your last name were Lichtenstein (from the movie A Knight's Tale) but... Lichtenbertg is close enough.

Ah, my last name is actually Lichtenbert, just a typo with the "g" there...
But I agree!! Starting my week with a leg workout really makes me feel like I've climbed that mountain already...hardest to do and for me, can be the easiest to blow off!! Especially when I know I won't be walking "right" for the next three days

Trainers
For those who have been competing for some time, do you work with a trainer or not? What are your thoughts and opinions??? xo Nat

I do and I LOVE having one! I have learned a ton, been forced to push hard on days when I would rather be in bed and always had a second person's mind to pick during prep!
I highly recommend it!
