Internet posting and Trolling

I think everyone knows this already but after a fopa this weekend I thought I would bring it up.

Remember when you post something on a public forum it can be viewed by billions of people. It may be something personal and you wanted to share it with your peers as on this forum. That is perfectly understandable, however the reality is the very person you may be referring to may be reading something you had no intentions of them being able to have access to.

A second unrelated note: Trolling is rampant here and on other forums. This forum is important to the people who participate in posting positive and informative material. Those that will come on here only to be critical of others and pass judgement on them in any manner is in violation of the forum rules and will not be tolerated. If you are a troller, you are not welcome here! If you post something degrading to one of our forum members, you will be banned from this site and all Rx Muscle forums.
