best PH with limited sides

For bulking, halodrol/hdrol/halovar, whatever they call it these days. The best ones out there (as in plenty of reputable reviews) are Iron Mags Halodrol, Purus Halovar and CEL H Drol.

Halodrol stacked with 11 oxo at 75mg per week of halo and 450mg per week of the 11oxo is great for a lean bulk. Furadazrol is a good hardener too.

Epistane also comes with few sides and will give you leaner gains than halo.

if your looking for absolutely min sides, i'd helladrol, as epi has little sides but i've seen more estro related sides once pct starts

The acronym 'AAS' translates to 'Anabolic Androgenic Steroids.' In other words, 'prohormones' and 'designer steroids' would fall under the category of AAS. AAS is not synonymous with just scheduled AAS.

If you're comparing two methylated (active) steroids, one being legal and the other being a scheduled illegal substance ( EX: Superdrol vs. Anadrol) - Some may consider one or the other 'worse' for your health by the difference in liver toxicity or respective side effects associated with each. Though, so will be the same if SD or epistane/havoc is compared to Anadrol or Dianabol. Each steroid produces similar and differing side effects that will be obviously undesirable. However, to what degree similar sides, like hepatotoxicity, will produce varying degrees of stress on the liver. This is bad for everyone, but for some it may not be quite a chronic concern. Though, when we get into differing side effects such as the aromatization of certain steroids, there becomes another factor that may impact ones health/physiology on various levels - translating into increasingly more side effects.

Now, most legal AAS (prohormones/designer steroids) are DHT derived and lack the ability to aromatize. So, you're going to lack that factor in the designer steroids currently available.

Actual prohormones are rare these days, but will lack the the hepatotoxicity that the active counterparts posses- though, some prohormones (M14ADD) will stress the liver to a degree, but not nearly as much as something of the likes of superdrol, epistane, or even halodrol on a milligram to milligram level. Granted, you must use a significantly larger amount of these steroids to produce decent return, toxicity will not be of much concern. M14ADD in particular will have mild estrogen related sides, but lack liver toxicity.

I could give various other comparisons and examples, including 19-nors and DHEA + esters... but I'm fairly positive the point has been understood.

I will say that a great disadvantage of all legal AAS is the sheer lack of actual published information (i.e. studies) to build data, giving a clear advantage to it's scheduled counterparts to which we can derive clear conclusions from their use.

Quite frankly, that is a difficult question to answer so simply. I uphold the idea of treating the side effects by playing counter measures to certain compounds and their associated sides. If I were to run an oral only cycle- options are limited. This is especially apparent with the current-available prohormones and designer steroids.

If I were to choose a singular (legal-available) oral for the best return with the least amount of side effects, it would have to be halodrol clones. If I were to design a cycle for the best possible gains/return - whilst attempting to minimizing sides, I would run the following:
- 500mg DHEA/ed
- 75-100mg Halodrol clone
- 15mg Epistane/Havoc
(6 weeks)

Of course, PCT, without a doubt, must be (IMO) clomid for 6-8 weeks and an optional 2 weeks of Nolva at the end of PCT.
