Those are the grey addidas wiethlifting shoes that I bought! They are nice.
Many people throw a dryer sheet in their vibrams when not wearing them to help with the stank. And you can wash them every few weeks! But then again, that's why I like the Merrell version of vibrams that I proved a link for above. Since you don't have to stuff your toes into individual compartments, you can wear socks with them more easily and not have them smell as bad!

I received my Nike Romeleos yesterday and those things are built like a tank - heavy shoes, much heavier than the grey addidas weightlifting shoes shown above that I also have. Also a much more pronounced heel. There are new Nike Romeleos that just came out - $40 more but 50grams lighter. But the weight of this shoe doesn't bother me. I will not be running or jumping in them.
But they are very solid. Can't wait to wear them to squat for the first time in them on Sunday. They feel like they anchor to the ground...when I tried them on, I leaned pretty far back and they just stuck to the ground like they were magnetized!
They came with two mid-soles - one for training and a stiffer one for competition.
Unlike the addidas, which are loose enough to wear to the gym and after the gym - these are so sturdy I would think you only wear them once you get to the gym for your workout and then take them straight off once done.
