I just try to make sure I have a solid meal about an hour beforehand.
Pre workout I have a heaping scoop of Hyper Fx
I drink amino acids during...
And have 2 scoops of synth-6 post workout

2 1/2 hours before... 8 oz. chicken, 3 tbsp natty PB
30 minutes before... 10 Humapro, 2 scoops Chain'd Reaction
During................... 3 scoops Chain'd Out, 2 scoops Chain'd Reaction
Post...................... 5 Humapro, 2 Scoops Chain'd Reaction
1 hour later............ 10 oz. chicken breast, 100g carbs from white rice

Lately I have been working out first thing in the morning so dont have time to eat a meal.
Preworkout:
1scp Maximize V2
50-60g carb powder
5g beta alanine
~15g BCAA's
Intra:
SizeOn Max
sometimes i will had an extra scoop of Karbolyn if its a really intense workout
Post:

Does anyone take Glycerine or Sea-Salt pre and post-workout? Apparently I hear from others those are the top 2 things to take in terms of pre-and-post well probably for pump if anything I also heard Vinegar along with olive-oil? for pre-workout.
I see many take antioxidants or a multi-vitamin post-workout is this necessary?

hour before 12oz red meat 1.5 cups white rice
during training 1 scoop vitargo 20g bcaa 2.5 ceatine 2g taurine 10g glutamine while I train
post 75g whey 2 scoops vitargo
Im 7.5 weeks out from the NY pro and thats what Im currently doing for my pre,mid and post

1.5 hours pre w/o I have a meal
If I use a pre workout I either use NTBM's N2KTS or Scivations Novem (30 min pre)
Right Before workout: 5g Glutamine
During: Chained Out
