The easiest protein pancake recipe ever and tastes awesome!
So easy to make and youll be eating in less than 10 min!
Add to blender:
1 banana
1 scoop whey protein isolate (I use vanilla but any will do)
1 cup oatmeal
6 egg whites
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Blend up and pour in hot pan with spray olive oil
Makes 2 plate sized pancakes
They only take about 30 sec on each side and I add alil sugar free syrup bc im not getting ready for a show til summer but you can multiply and make enough for a couple days and just microwave afew in the morning or whenever you need some good clean calories

They took alil trial and error but they are def the start of my carb up before my squat days on sunday!
