Default Anyone tried Gaspari MyoFusion protein powder?

They are running a great sale on this stuff at a local store that is going out of business. Is it any good?

Katie, thanks for the feedback! I think I am going to get some because the deal is too good to pass up. But I didn't realize they weren't pure whey. Do you happen to know what else is in them? If it's just sugars, I will pass.

I loved Myofusion! I lived off the vanilla for about 2 years. It mixed really easy and was great for in between meals. It's a mix of whey isolate, concentrate : /, egg and milk protein. I think it's a great protein for just a healthy diet maybe not for dieting so much.

I mixed vanilla with orange Gatorade, tastes just like a orange dream-cicle.

I haven't tried the new probiotic formula but I haven't heard too great of things about it to be honest but I like Gaspari always makes very high quality products

No prob! Well, no added sugars..artificials yes but the whey itself is from whey concentrate , whey hydrolysate, and whey isolate..I typically try to shoot for higher quality whey isolate powders rather than consume the concentrated whey or hydrolysate. That's just me though!
whey CONCENTRATE contains fats and lactose, whereas whey ISOLATE is about 90-94%protein and refined to not have any left over crap in it. Hydrolysate is predigested protein...manufacturers use the word as a marketing tool because hydrolysate is easily absorbed .

...i just try to stick with isolate, however the other ones (such as myo) taste a whole lot better.

Thanks , Katie! I usually go for isolate too. I was getting natures best Isopure, but it's really expensive. I already bought the myo, so I'll finish up what I have and then I'm going to give isoflex a try, since you all seem to like it so much!

Yeah, the taste of definitely is not isn't the best, but it's not the worst I've tasted either, lol! I just wish that isolates weren't do expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for...

Yeah I've tried myofufion- it's pretty decent for a blend, especially if you get it for a good price. If you want an excellent isolate look into brutal alchemy isolation- its pure isolate, no fillers and sweetened with stevia.the chocolate tastes way better than isopure and cost a lot less( you can get it for $25 shipped). Definitely my favorite protein.

Myo has a great profile but it has too much of a "chemcial" taste for me.

Great profile for meal replacement not ideal for PRE or POST shakes. The old formula tasted better.

Why do you say for meal replacement? It's only protein; that's not a full meal.

Love Isolation. The flavor is great and it is one of the purest and best priced whey isolates around. Not to mention no artificial sweeteners!

I understand, because it is a blend product, where as Post or PRE you would want a WPI
