You know,not to sound too preachy here but I remember well on Aug.27 1997 I got a call at work early in the morning and they said my dad had a heart attack and he was gone.No warning or anything just all of a sudden he was gone.Now we had a great relationship but I allways wished I had called him one more time.Just to shoot the shit or something.Anyway something yall might want to think about.Of course now I bug my mom to death with phone calls but she has adapted nicely.

Sorry to hear that you didn't give your dad a call or a hug before he died Cook my mom was the same she died me not knowing and till this day I wish that I could of hugged her and told her how much I loved her.

Dear Rx Muscle Family please know that 2012 has started with a significant challenge for the Singerman Family. After a colonoscopy, my Dad, Jerry Singerman, was found to have Colon Cancer. He has already begun treatment at MD Anderson. I know everyone is busy, but it would mean a TON to him (and me) if you would spend a minute or two sending him an email... I want to thank each and every one of you all for posting and sending my Dad an email. He was, and continues to be, extremely touched. My Mom says all the well wishes have made him emotional...
