Most of my waffle/pancake recipes are made from flour or pancake mixes i find in the stores. Mostly organic mixes such as the one on the far right. I also use grinded up oats and egg whites. I mix flour/baking mix's with egg's, baking soda, baking powder, stevia, pumpkin, vanilla extract
I made a new one tonight.. check it out. Ill come over and make it anytime.
Pumpkin Pie is 11g fat, 55g Carbs, 65g protein ... so about 600 kcals for the whole thing and takes about 45 minutes to cook and prep. Not too bad.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

Ask ScoobySnacks (from contest prep section) how my banana bread and brownies are. Everytime I go to visit him he devours 3 small loaves for his PWO meal, and his wife takes the brownies and makes a sludge out of whey protein to top them off. He absolutely loves my stuff and its pretty low calorie/healthy so it really fits their diet/macros for a higher carb/lower fat treat.

As i stated i modify them depending on my current goal (bulking/cutting) none of them are ever identical, but if you want a specific one and tell me if you want it higher carb/fat I can do that. Depending on my current diet if its higher carb or fat i add/subtract different things to make it fit into my macros better.
