Bob your killing me with these ice cream shots bud!!! I not been able to touch the stuff in any shape or form in months now. Seems every time I go back its just horrible for on my gut from start to end if you get my drift. The first 2-3x exposed to it is the worst. It settles a bit but never gets well enough to make the next 5-6 hours of torture worth the indulgence. Its sad....just sad and tragic really!!

Yup. They are good (Cheerios and Oreo's). Reviews are both on my IG Account for both products. Cheerios could be the best pumpkin based cereal out there. MTS Pumpkin Pie Protein powder is also SOLID
