solution,,, I have a question do you like to bake more then to train? not trying to be rude or come off as a prix it just seems you may have a calling for healthy baked goods, and with all the niche dessert markets popping up I think you could market your self into a successful entrepreneur.
Think about it.

Baking takes very little time, it requires maybe 5-10 minutes or prep and then tossing into the oven. I usually prep all my meals the next day while whatever i am making is in the oven. It takes 2 seconds
Training takes priority over anything.
Today:
Macaroni and Cheese Breakfast Scramble with
Eggs, Chicken, Ham, Bacon, Potatoes, Pasta, Broccoli and Grilled Veggies

Egg Whites
Chicken
Grilled Veggies of choice (peppers mushrooms and onions)
Sauce (low carb hunts sauce basil oregano)
Cheese ( low Fat)
cook eggs on low heat in skillet, mix on top the veggies and chicken, top with sauce and cheese and cover for a few minutes until cheese melts and serve.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

its a 12" dish, I am really never full nor am i ever hungry. A lower meal frequency helps with satisfying and keeping hunger at bay. At least for me its personal preference and also supported by research that a lower meal frequency aids blood glucose levels and hunger pains controlling your hunger hormone gherlin.

Just giving you my 2 cents dude... thats all
Lean Beef and Chicken Taco's with Lettuce, Tomato, and Low Fat Cheese:
Cook chicken and slice into thin chunks
Cook beef in a skillet and break up very fine, set aside
sautee peppers, mushrooms, onions and set aside
Get store bought shells or wraps and fill with chicken, beef, and veggies, top with shredded lettuce, cheese and a diced tomato! Simple.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year
