Go with the pumpkin pie then.
15oz Pumpkin (Libbys)
2 Whole Eggs
6 Egg Whites
1/2 cup splenda or 3 tsp Stevia (will change macros i count splenda in mine 1g per packet)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
Beat Cream Cheese, add in the Pumpkin, add rest of ingrediants in a mixer
Bake 375 for 45 minutes
Chill in fridge
~600 Calories
12g fat
55g Carbs
65g Protein
What i do is freeze it for a bit, make sludge with whey protein (a little bit of water added to Whey/Casein whatever you use and PB to make a thick pudding and top the pie with it) freeze it and it comes out delicious!!!2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

Pumpkin Heaven Shake
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat (1%) milk
1 scoop vanilla casein protein powder
1/2 cup canned pure pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Place ingredients in a blender & mix until combined.
Nutrition Facts: Serves One
229 calories, 30 g protein, 22 g carbs, 2.5 g fat
Side Note:
Pumpkin is fill with beta-carotene, so that would provide you energy.

Pumpkin Sludge....lol
It came out great!
I split the recipe in half and added whey protein isolate to the other half. The recipe as you gave was very moist and like a pie. The one with added whey came out more bread like.
I ate all of it in one day *burp*

Pumpkin Bran Muffins
50g Oatbran
50g Wheat Bran
1 Egg
1 Egg White
1/3 cup Pumpkin
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Stevia/Splenda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/3 Cup Water
Mix Wet and Dry separate, combine together, cook on 425 for 25 minutes
Topped with Sludge:
