I don't give out recipes if they suck.. and I DID not even try them as I just had them a little bit ago ( i eat my first meal around 6 p.m.)
Put some Peanut Butter Frosting on top of them, and wow it just hit the spot:
NONE of my recipes are set in stone ....I adjust them to my caloric needs and every time I make them make adjustments depending on how they turned out.. Used Oats, Cottage Cheese, XF Cinnamon Roll, Vanilla Casein, Egg Whites, Pumpkin, Cinnamon, Splenda, Baking Powder/Soda, Vanilla Extract, Diced Apples, and a touch of Unsweet Applesauce.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

I use my recipes on a daily basis.. still tinkering with the recipe for this and have used several different baking powders/mixe's to replace flour to see what works best.. I have tried WW Flour, All Purpose, Pancake/Waffle Mix's mixed with Flour, so far i am getting mixed results. But will soon find a winner.

Have you tried whole wheat pastry flour? I've had luck with it in other recipes.
