Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Half Baked
As i dug down the pint i finally got to see the brownies i was expecting. Massive, thick, and also very moist in flavor. Previous pints of Ben & Jerry's usually had harder or tough mix-ins, now they are very moist and remind me of Ton's of Brownies from 2nd Street Creamery as far as texture and taste go which were awesome. The Peanut butter cookie dough pieces were scattered, while I wish there were more of them beggars cannot be choosers but added a great touch and compliment to the pint. Chocolate and Peanut butter are winners in my book, throw in brownies and cookie dough and perhaps one of my favorite mix-ins when I do visit coldstone. My only gripe would be a little bit more of the mix-ins (i only had 2 brownies but they were great size) and around a half dozen peanut butter cookie dough globs. Besides that the PB Base needs a bit more flavor and this would be a top tier flavor.

Cellucor Red Velvet Lava Oat Cake
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3VhoA7DFu4
Recipe
Dry:
30g Oatmeal (Grinded into a powder)
30g Complete pancake mix (Extra Fluffy)
20g Cor Performance Whey (Red Velvet)
3g Splenda
3g Baking Powder
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix
Wet:
1 Egg White
25g Greek Yogurt
Dash Vanilla Extract
Water to form batter like consistency
Topping/Filling:
10g Cor performance Whey (Red Velvet)
140g Greek Yogurt
Directions
- Combine all dry (Pancake Mix, Whey Protein, Baking Powder, Splenda, SF/FF Pudding Mix) in a mixing bowl. Use a Blender/magic Bullet to grind the oatmeal to a powder and add that in last.
2. Mix an egg white, Greek yogurt, Vanilla Extract, and water to get a batter like consistency with your dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Combine and form a batter.
3. Coat another mixing bowl with cooking spray and then transfer the batter you made mixing the wet and dry ingredients together. This will then be placed in the microwave on a medium power for 2 ½ - 3 minutes. A medium power will prevent drying the final product and allowing it to rise without blowing up.
4. Pull out of microwave, use a fork to poke the edges and pop the product out of the bowl and allow to cool on a plate (by flipping it out of the plate)
5. Mix remaining greek yogurt and 10g Cor performance Whey Protein powder to form a filling. Cut out the middle of the cake and then fill with the Yogurt/Whey combo to make a lava cake (it will start to run down the side of the cake).
6. Enjoy!!

Jeni's Brambleberry Crisp
http://theicecreaminformant.freeforu...bleberry-crisp
The base is pure, luscious, and dense for a vanilla flavor. It has a great vanilla flavor and an incredible honey like taste to it (more a honey vanilla) for how sweet and tasty it truly is. As you dig into the pint the blackberry jam and black currants. It tastes like they took blackberries from a farm and pureed them right into this pint that are packed with flavor and sugary goodness. The overall sweet vanilla base with the ripeness of the blackberry jam and currants leave room for the oat streusel. The oat streusel are not little shreds or chunks these are good size pieces like little whoppers (size reference) in some aspects of the pint. The nice crunch aspect the streusel adds on top of the chewy break down provides for a perfect compliment like a granola to finish off this pint. Jeni's combined a very sweet blackberry filling, with an incredible vanilla base, and the perfect streusel compliment to pack a top seller.
