Pumpkin Meringue Pie:
Pie recipe posted,
Meringue is 3 egg whites, 1/2 cup splenda, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp cream of tartar, spread on pie and bake at 325 for 15 minutes.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

Sweet Potato and Banana Pancakes
Dark Chocolate Sweet Potato and Banana Pancakes
Layered with Chocolate Protein Sludge, Syrup, Whip Cream, and Strawberries
200g Sweet Potato
100G Banana
1 Whole Egg
5 Egg Whites
1 Scoop Whey of choice
Baking Powder
Cinnamon
Splenda
50g Flour or Pancake Mix
1/3 Cup Milk
Macros will vary depending on protein you use, what type of milk you use, and how much sweetner and if you want to alter the amount of eggs and flour you use (to make more or less). Pancakes and Cookies
More goodies:
Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip and Banana Pancakes:
100g Flour
30g Pancake Mix
50g Banana
1/3 Cup Milk
1 Egg
4 Whites
12g Sf/FF Pudding Mix
30g Chocolate Chips
1 Scoop Protein
10g PB2
Baking Powder
Cinnamon
Splenda
Topped with Vanilla Sludge, Strawberries, Syrup and Whip Cream:
Chocolate Drop Cookies:
These were not very healthy, but the chocolate flavoring from the protein powder stuck out incredible
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Sugar

Chicken Parmasean:
4oz Dry Pasta
8oz Chicken Breast
30-40g Shredded Cheese
2-5g Parmasean Cheese
Spices (of your desire)
6-8oz Pasta Sauce (of your choice)
Boil water add pasta and drain.
In a skillet reheat chicken (i cook in bulk and microwave) and toss up into a skillet that is on medium power and pre-heated.
Add in the cooked pasta, slowly add in the sauce and stir
Disperse the sauce between the pasta/chicken and toss onto a plate/bowl, Top with Parmsean and Shredded Cheese and enjoy!Last edited by The Solution; 01-20-2012 at 08:26 PM.
