What could be used instead of the flour or pancake mix? These recipes of yours are quite interesting
I was thinking of modifying this recipe to someting like this:
230 g sweet potato
2 eggs (130 g)
6 egg whites (205 g)
̃50 g whey/casein
2-5 g baking powder
2-10 g cinnamon
300 ML milk (1.2 cup)
I was wondering what i should use for "flour", Couldi just add more protein powder?
I don't fully understand how you cook these. What do you do with the sweet potato first? How do you mix it together? How watery should the mix be when its ready for cooking? I'm also thinking about making one of these bread recipes you have here, But without the flour. Do you have any ideas what i can use instead of flour/wheat/carbs. Is the banana really needed?
I calculated the macros of this recipe i modified: 773 Kcal, 95.2 g Protein, 64.4 g Carbohydrates, 13.9 g fat, (26.0 g sugars). Pretty good Post workout meal.
How do you cook it without any oils and stuff? Do you use a frying pan, What kind?

The Pancake is what makes the pancakes rise, hence pancake mix or flour. Subbing it out will make very flat pancakes and really take the texture out of them (making them very hard).
Simply cook the sweet potato, let it cool, and mash it.
Mix Dry ingrediants first, then add in the wet and use a hand mixer/stand up mixer to make your product. Have you never cooked before .
Yes they are needed for the banana flavor, are you against eating fruit or using flours? if so why may i ask? Carbs are carbs, the body digests and utilized carbs and glucose just if you were to eat rice instead its just a differenct source of carbohydrates, and if you use 50g of carbs from flour in your weekly allotment of carbs you wont die or anything. Moderation!
You dont need oil's use cooking spray in a skillet and flip when they start to bubble a bit.
I would go to YOUTUBE.com and search "cooking protein pancakes" there are plenty of recipes out there.
here is an old one i did:
