I wanted to know if you have any updates. I ordered Halo Extreme and I wanted to know if you would recommend taking it past the 4 week mark even though it says that you shouldn't. Also, what would you recommend using after the four weeks for maintenance until I start again. I am trying to find more information but all that keeps coming up is Halo for Her. Thanks in advance.

I would run it for 30 days on, 30 days off, 30 days on...

I don't think you'll lose anything in the 30 days off as long as you keep training and eating right.

Gm covered the 30 day question...look into ostarine by iml for inbetween the halo-e or as a stand alone...ostarine is the perfect female compound...the androgenic ratio is less then anavar...and has zero sides...its not as strong as halo-e....but will add muscle...

Hey GM! Cameron told me you had a journal running for Halo-e. Read your entire journal. Great job on results thus far with weight loss/bf loss. Looking forward in seeing comparison pics.

I'll be starting up on Halo for Her. P:robably Monday. Depending what Cam says. I'm 12 weeks out this Sat.

Are you planning on doing a show this year?

No shows in my future at this point. Right now I just want to get down into the 140s for summer. Maybe work on seeing a four pack (at least). If there is a show it wouldn't be until fall. Never say never...

I don't think it's a matter of more is better. Halo Extreme is the full strength regular dose like men take so I think one is plenty for a woman.
