Hiya GM! Thanks for posting this... My question is What are you hoping to achieve with the Halo?? is it the strength gains, lean muscle mass, less sides etc? Also.... Is there any cost $$ difference between Halo and Anavar that would make Halo more beneficial than Anavar? Will be following along and Best wishes with everything!

The reason I'm trying Halo is that 1.) cost 2.) accessibility 3.) legality 4.) hopefully, less undesirable sides.
My goal is to drop weight while retaining muscle...just like I did with anavar. I am trying to downsize but not in the usual sense. I do not want to lose muscle. I tend to get too fat if I'm not careful. (That's happened.) So I'm about 20 pounds heavier than I like to be off season. While I strip that 20 off I want to retain as much muscle as I can....and I wouldn't be unhappy if I even gained a little muscle.
I've started cleaning up my diet. Once I start with the Halo, I'll be starting my calories at 1800 with minimal cardio. Once I'm not losing with 1800 and no more than 30 mins cardio I will drop calories a little. Then it'll become the game of tweaking things to keep the process rolling.

Gm...i def think you will see some lean gains and no sides...sides for women are very concerning...far more then men...thats what makes running a compound like this less stressfull of whats gonna happen..

Leg day today. Again, I just tried to see what my weights are. I did one warm up set of 10-15 and then followed it with sets of 5 reps. If I could do 5 I raised the weight. I stopped when I found the weight that let me get no more than 5. All sets were performed with strict, controlled form. I did not count the failure rep. So if it says 3 reps it means I failed to achieve the full rep on the 4th.

Leg extensions at 215? (180 even!) My knees would stage a revolt! Your strength is motivating (no homo).
