More as it develops in the coming days. For men, we will contest the bench press, but bring your oxygen tanks; we are going 225lbs for reps!!!

For the Ladies, it will be the 3 Event Medley. Sorry boys, this is a girls only show: Deadlift bodyweight for reps. Full range of motion pullups. 50% bodyweight curls for reps.

And of course, there is only 1 true X-Man! IFBB Pro Tony Freeman will be in the house taking on all comers in this first of its kind event for Bros vs Pros!

And Jack Titone has something rolled up his sleeve.... by the sounds of it, this may be the very first 18 & Over event in Bros vs Pros history!

iv just been watching bros v pros x factor + was amazed that mike liberatore would think that it was ok to do quarter-reps! you guys/judges got IT RIGHT when he was given 13-reps,as the vast majority of his reps were only QUARTER-REPS! the problem was he could'nt hear everyone trying to tell him with his headphones blasting into his ears,however he must have heard/known that previous contestants were spicificaly being told that they MUST EXTEND their arms at the top. mike can have no reason to complain,he knew the rules. im a big mike liberatore fan,so its a shame he is unhappy about this-in my oppinion,having just watched his lift,he has no grounds for complaint.

I'm sure Mike will come up with an excuse like having short arms or something like that.
