THANKS!! haha well not from the bronx lol, my parents are, but i grew up in CT, just live near there now, and its the best gym in the area lol (Not the best area, i cant tell my mom i go there at night, she wuold have a heart atttack!)

There are A LOT of Pros that train there, Jon Delarosa, Marco Rivera, (Victor used to come in before all of his legal issues) Kat Ramirez comes by, Melissa DeBernardo comes down to visit, Juan Morel, and a ton of NPC peeps, so much fun!

lol since ive been dieting for a while now, my strength has decreased a lot, but im a force to be reckoned with in the offf season! just wait for those videos!! lol

I feel less threatened now lol, sounds like a good atmosphere to train in. worth the trip through the Bronx then hahaha

yep that why i go there! great to have your friends around to push you through I also Train a few times a week up at Golds New Haven, NO GYM BEATS NEW HAVEN!!! I travel an hour and a half each way!!!

Yes, that's where Evan trains (myself too).

It's about 90min. outside of NYC.

the gym in the video is Star in the Bronx. Today i did an arm video at Golds New Haven where Evan and Jer train should be up next week
