Sorry Waylon. Did not know Tucson economy was behind rest of the state. The dude that is moving our stuff to the mountains told us that he just doubled his crew and bought 5 more moving vans to handle the upswing in biz. Over 390 new homes are going up here in N. Peoria. They are being sold as soon as the paint drys. In know our AZ economy is still behind the glory days. But compared to the rest of the country....AZ, S. Dakota, N.C. and Texas are relative boom towns.
Hey big congrats on the new digs. Yeah I hate HOAs. Fortunatly cheap here in my Peoria development. And, none up in the mountains.
I love to learn all things economics. Isn't "facist" nationalist socialist? Don't get the economics connection. Help me.

Good question. Why not do a light circuit or something similar?
In my case I have only two speeds. 1. Full throttle 2. Brakes aplied.
I did try some medicine ball work at work for 30 days. Joint inflamation was just unbearable. Now I can hike and walk 5-10 miles a day with no problem. Too hot here now with temps over 100. Thats one reason for the mountain cabin. Tons of trails at high altitude. June, July, Aug and Sept up there then back down the mountain to the 70s/80s for the rest of the year. Like migrating deer.

Nice pics Bill.
I need to start walking more, as I dropped my car off at the garage down the road a ways and had to walk back. Up some hills and down and I was feeling it!

P1000382.jpgAfter our first month on the hill we went down into the valley 3 hours to the west to see our doctors. We left 88 degrees and decended into 114....good grief.
Now some 5 months no weight lifting, down 15 pounds, hiking every day at 7,000' elevation and my blood pressure is the lowest since I was in my 30s. 116/62. 195 pounds with 32 inch waist. My lungs show no signs of asthma.
I'm on the right "trail" it seems.
