help needed for lower abs
hey ladies, I've just started prep for my next comp but was wondering if any of you could give me any tips on gettin my lower abs through? They are definitely a thorn in my side and dont want them to let me down
I dont train them a lot as they protrude quite a lot at the top and worry about distention if i train them loads, any help would be greatly appreciated x

Hey AD - can you add some detail:
- what type of comp?
- what is your current diet
- how far out are you from your target date?
I'm gonna say generally lower abs are diet. I'd also ask if you're using any AAS or not - specifically for the question of impact of estrogen or suppression thereof.

hi sassy, currently on 200g carbs (sweet potato, oats, bananas) 140g protein (chicken, fish, whey, eggs) 60g fats (udo's oil, almonds) my comp is 12wks away this coming sunday and doing NABBA trained figure, this is also my first time doing the trained class, i did toned figure last year
AAS?????
