muscle cramping and spasm
Whenever I finish training, specifically chest and arms, I will get muscle spasm and cramping the next day and following in the areas trained.
Anyone else know why or experience the same thing.

Usually just so depleted in my opinion. I use Muscle Replenisher post workout and it really helped that a lot. Just make sure to get in your post workout carbs and it should help IMO

So would that be Vitargo or something if I am on a keto diet?

Vitargo would work. Isolation by brutal alchemy would work. It's what I use when im keto and I never cramp. Also take some potassium. Never bad to take potassium

On kind of a side note, anyone know why I get wicked charlie horses in my calves after drinking? Like I get divits in my muscles these are so bad. This didnt happen when I used to be a lazy ass and didnt work out.

Kind of obvious but are you drinking enought water. I use to get bad cramps randomly in my calves also. I stopped taking creatine for about a month drank a bunch of water and fixed it.
