Here are two vids of 315x5 and 345x1Let the comments role in and give me some critiquing and encouragement. FYI: I haven't done this much weight since highschool due to lower back issues so this is a huge feat for me. Im 5'9 195 right now

Not sure you posted this in the right place, is this a journal?
In regards to the rack deads, especially since you have back issues (i tore L3/L4, L4/L5, L5/S1 so I feel your pain), I would either pull from the floor OR pull higher, bar starting at knee caps, you are pulling from that awkward depth that IMO, you are risking tweeking the back again. I can pull floor no prob or pull at knees no prob but the depth you are pulling, no way, my back hurts just watching that.
All that said, nice pulling! keep it up, but take care of that back.

you will be able to go heavier (the intention of rack pulls...) and get much greater neuromuscular stimulation (= growth) by pulling from a higher starting position. use straps and pull from the bottom of your knee caps...
and I fixed your video for you.

Thanks! I will probably never use a belt. I feel using belts will hinder the growth of the lower back. I think the the only time I'll need a belt is when I reach Ronnie Colman weight. My lower back isn't to serious of a problem, but as long as I have the right form I feel there is no need for a weight belt. Keep the comments coming everybody!

youtube 101:
at the end of the url for any youtube video it says ...= followed by small and upepr case letters and numbers. copy those letters after the + sign. go to "go advance" where you find a youtube button. pressing it will give you put the letters and numbers between the two brackets.

Thanks y'all. It's been awhile since I've been on. Been on the grind with school and work but still training like a #MANIMAL with my boy PatB. I'm thinking we should add rack pulls back into our routine

I love rack pulls. Absolutely adore them. I find amazing rebound in them for my deadlifts. Except it gets harder off the floor lol. Anyway. Decent form. Nothing major bad.
