As a natural bodybuilder....what is your favorite good cheat meal while dieting?
Mine is chocolate peanut butter protein pancakes. I have made these for my clients and they love them as well. Good hot off the griddle or cold.

Mind sharing that recipe?
I've been eating paleo style the last 3 months, so all my cheats are gluten free. It's pretty cool because I use coconut flour instead which has 2.5x the fiber bran has. Also, I don't eat really anything processed because it almost always has gluten- so the cheats are healtier.

Sorry haven't been on in a while. I use 1 cup blanched almond flour, 1 egg plus 1 egg white, 1 scoop 30 grams chocolate hydrowhey protein powder, 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar(could use splenda or stevia), and add water and mix to the thickness that you want. More water for thin pancakes and less for thicker. I cook on 300 degrees on the griddle using a fat free non stick spray.

Definitely got to go with either a burger, pizza or pancakes and big steak omlette from IHOP.
