    Default N2bulk sample review

So I recently got a sample pack the new clean gainer by Ntbm- n2bulk. I was pretty excited about this product based on the profile, but once the price was released I was a bit skeptical. However once trying I am once again pretty excited. This stuff tastes good! Not very sweet at all and some what reminiscent of a pumpkin pie. But what stood out to me the most was how felt after consuming it- no bloat or stomach discomfort of any kind- it just sat really well and made me feel good. It was surprisingly satisfying. I honestly can't stop craving another shake and definitely want pick up a couple bags ASAP.

Heres some info about the profile-
N2bulk by Ntbm available at Mr.Supps this week!

Formulated by ntbm's Nathan Chase and the proteinfactories Nelson Montana N2bulk is an exciting new product setting the new standard for the "clean" bulking shake. Comprised of top of the line ingredients and designed to provide results- n2bulk is the hard gainers dream come true!
    N2bulk contains-
    420 calories per serving
41 grams of protein ( super plasma, egg, Victoria milk protein)
32 grams carbs made up of 70% freeze dread sweet potato and 30% Mod6

    A bit about mod6-

Protein Factory’s Mod6 Carb™ all-grain carbohydrate food is an exciting breakthrough in energy, metabolic, lean muscle and strength nutrition! Mod6 Carb™ conveniently and affordably delivers many lean body- and physical performance-supporting features in a delicious matrix:Mod6 Carb is a patented blended carbohydrate powder originally developed by the USDA. Mod6 Carb is a super food that is a phenomenal choice for super bulk supplementation. Mod6 Carb consists of oat bran, amaranth, buckwheat, chia, millet, and quinoa. Not only is Mod6 carb all natural, but it contains naturally occurring electrolytes, fiber, and protein.

Really excited to see this one come out- should be excellent edition to a bulking diet.

i wish i had the money to drop on the n2bulk, from the reading it really seems like a perfect bulk shake with more benefits than a stripped down carb shake

Looking at the carbohydrate profile and macro breakdown, this could realy be used on anytime of diet depending on your serving size. I may have to pick some up!

Just my .02 - I think the fat content is too high to be used as a PWO product, and it's 80% casein/20% whey combo...it would be just too slow digesting IMO. I would use it as an MRP or first thing in the morning. Or maybe for the 2nd or 3rd meal after you train if you can fit it in

It depends on what you believe too...as you know I'm an avid intermittent faster, which debunks the whole myth of low fats and fast digesting proteins are optimal post workout.

My post workout meal always has fast and slow digesting proteins with over 50% of my daily caloric intake which is generally 1500 Cal's, 125-150g protein, at least 100g carbs, and up to 50g-75g fat. Then I don't eat for another 7 hours for my 2nd and final meal.

In my case and for the methods I follow, N2bulk is a perfect post workout shake

I dont follow IF and I still dont believe fats PWO are a problem. My macros have 145g fat right now so you bet I have a good amount of fat in every meal including my PWO meal. I have never noticed a benefit from keeping fats low pwo. I think that was a marketing ploy more than anything. I think N2Bulk would be great in as a replacement for any meal including PWO.

I agree completely brother. I've never avoided fats post workout, even before I did IF.

Interesting. So if one isn't following IF should you still care about the amount of fats you get in PWO?

Maybe this is one of those situations where either or works.

One of them things where it depends on who you ask and what you believe. Just do what works best for you, but IMO fats post workout have no negative impact

I guess when dieting or doing IF it would have an excellent impact as it would help negate or reduce the insulin response you'd typically get from a PWO shake

With the low GI Carb source (sweet potato) and Mod6, it makes N2bulk a great choice....then you add in the super plasma protein and it looks very enticing! There were no shortcuts taken when putting N2bulk together

Yea, IMO this is the best PWO shake out there.
