Police can search through your cell phone without a warrant if you get arrested. Always lock your phone if you can. I'm sure if they really want to get in it, they can.

good videos, but it doesnt happen that "scriptedly". normally the cop already has you out of the car, doesnt ask in a straight forward way which gives you the easy option of refusing, and next thing u know, cops are going thru all your shit. They'll usually say something like "you dont have any guns or drugs or bombs in the car do you?" Of course you shake your head and say "no". Then they'll say "well then you don't mind if I look around to make sure?" which gives you the idea that if you refuse, you are incriminating yourself. That's not the case.

If they say anything about looking in your car, you need to clearly state "I do not consent to a search". Mention the 4th amendment and they will usually back off if they don't have probable cause.
